2. I do not have any criminal background & do not have any criminal F.I.R / Case lodged / pending against me.

3. ICBI News will not be responsible for any such illegal / wrong / immoral act for omission done by me.

4. Whenever required, I will present my Identity Card / Certificate.

5. I will never misuse my Identity Card / Post.

6. I have read & understood the Terms & Conditions and undertake to comply with them.

7. In case the above submitted information is found incorrect / false, I will be subject to the Law of the land and The Chief Editor reserves the right to cancel the membership or candidature without assigning any reason.

8. The Chief Editor of ICBI News reserves the right to reject any membership application without assigning any reason.

I do hereby declare that the above mentioned facts are true and to the best of my knowledge. I confirm that I have never been sued by Indian law, state, or national authority, for any type of unlawful or illegal activities or actions and never put behind the bars.

I authorize ICBI NEWS to verify the above mentioned facts. I also confirm that I am bound to follow the rules and regulations of ICBI NEWS. If at any time I am found guilty of misusing my membership or acting with malicious intentions, ICBI NEWS has all the rights to cancel my membership and take disciplinary legal actions against me.
